Description/Abstract:
The Estate We Are In is an exhibition at the Daphne Oram Gallery at Christ Church University, Canterbury. It is part of their program of events for The Canterbury Festival.

The animation is called All Ornament was Banned. It is about Council Housing after the War. Its underlying themes are about patrician attitudes prevalent in the emerging professional class toward ordinary working people.
