Description/Abstract:

16mm, 10 minutes, silent, colour and B&W, 2021. The film was shot entirely from a single, west-facing window over a period of 15 months. The camera frames a large number of overlapping views onto buildings, windows and sky. Over an extended period of time the space is continuously re-framed and reconfigured photographically, thereby directing the viewer to consider the apparatus in an expanded sense to include the open space that is the film's subject.
