The workshop enabled UCA staff to identify and discuss challenges of incorporating internationalisation into their courses’ curricula as well as develop strategies to encourage the development of cross-cultural competencies amongst both international and home students as well as academics.
Three key aims of the workshop:
1. To explore how different university practitioners can work together to internationalise curriculum to ensure good academic outcomes and positive feedback from students
2. To analyse existing UCA case studies as well as generate and share ideas on internationalising curriculum
3. To develop a more comprehensive understanding of UCA's strategic mission - internationalisation
