Description/Abstract:

After the election victory of Donald Trump in 2016, Maren Hahnfeld traveled from England to Eden, a secluded, rural community on the high desert of Southern Idaho, where she had lived as a teenager. Produced in the middle of winter, this film combines photography, interview excerpts and soundscape to create a poetic exploration of the community’s feelings towards Donald Trump.
