Remember Nature is a project instigated by artist Gustav Metzger. The project was produced by a number of artists and curators including Andrea Gregson (UCA Farnham), Jo Joelson and Bruce Gilchrist (London Fieldworks), Hans Ulrich Obrist (Serpentine), Alex Schady (Central St Martins, UAL) and Alex Thorp (Serpentine Gallery).
The supporting partners are: Serpentine Gallery, London; Central St. Martins University of the Arts, London; and University for the Creative Arts, Farnham.
Gustav Metzger created this project as a worldwide call for participation to the arts, to 'Remember Nature' on November 4th 2015 with a launch event at Central Saint Martins, London, and an online presence. Andrea Gregson was part of its initial conception which grew out of discussions with Gustav and Jo Joelson from London Fieldworks. In the week of the event, Gregson curated two student shows at the UCA Farnham campus with Fine Art students in the Linear Gallery and at the University of East London with Year 3 Fine Art students in the AVA Gallery.
