Description/Abstract:

This exhibition, curated by Anna Fox and Amit Sheokand, foregrounds the work of contemporary British portrait photographers including Daniel Meadows, Martin Parr, Wendy McMurdo, Karen Knorr, Gareth McConnell, Natasha Caruana, Anthony Luvera, Sharon Boothroyd, Nigel Shafran, Anna Fox, Andrew Bruce, Eileen Perrier, Trish Morrissey, Clare Strand. The exhibition has an accompanying catalogue with a 4000 word essay by Anna Fox that looks at how current practice is multi faceted and derived from numerous influences.
