Description/Abstract:
A new work that subverts nostalgic and clichéd ideas of freedom. The title makes reference to a poem by Shelley that describes melancholy in decay and loss of what was once certain and absolute. The multimedia project is showing at Gallery 333, Exeter Phoenix Arts Centre, from 15 September to 8 November 2014.
