Utopias is the marrying of two contempoary visual artists - one multidisciplinary, Michael Lee (Singapore), and the other landscape, Bob Matthews (UK) - as it premieres a collaborative work resulting from the inaugural Artist-in-Residence Exchange (AiRx) programme by the Singapore International Foundation (SIF) and the British Council (BC). Their works reflected a deeper understanding of each other's culture arising from their exchange.
