Description/Abstract:
‘Displacement’ is a project in two parts. In the first part, a journey was made around the English and Welsh coast, photographing coin operated telescopes on piers. The collated photographs were formed into a poster.
The second part of the project is now commenced in a staggered placement and sale of the poster around the coast. In this, the initial stage, a chain of eleven venues from Whitstable to Brighton, will display and sell the poster.
